The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support for various components and complex electronic systems for broadcast television stations. The Technical Support Specialist works with our customers to solve their system issues and emergencies. These positions would support customer issues during non-business hours 5pm-7am CST (2nd and 3rd shifts), weekends and holidays.
A Sales Support Representative works with Order Entry, Regional Sales Managers, the Sales Support Manager, and the rest of the Sales Support team to provide quotes, customer service, support, research, and phone/email assistance to our customers and manufacturers/vendors. Understanding of computer and or video hardware sales would be a plus. Position hours will fall somewhere between: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST. This is a full-time position in Plymouth, WI. Possibility for future growth into a Regional Sales Manager position.
The Sales Engineer works with the sales team to offer technical advice on the sale of products, systems and services. It is a sales engineer’s responsibility to present the technical and functional aspects of a product or service to our customers and sales representatives. Must be familiar with technical aspects and advantages of HVS sold products and services. This position requires both technical knowledge and sales skills. They are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. The sales engineer will report to the Sales Engineering Manager
The Systems Engineer is responsible for integrating various components into complex electronic systems for broadcast television stations according to the established design specifications. The Systems Engineer acts as the project manager for the installation and commissioning of the systems. The job will include installation, configuration, test, and operational training on installed equipment, frequently in the customer environment.
The Electronics Technician is responsible for integrating various components into complex electronic systems for broadcast television stations according to established design specifications. The Electronics Technician works with a Systems Engineer who acts as the project manager for the installation and commissioning of the system. The job will include installation of completed rack assemblies, installation of equipment in the customer's existing racks, and the pulling and termination of cables in customer facilities.
