Return Policy

Defective product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please email hvs@hvs-inc.com if you desire a refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number, the address for returning the product and any restocking fee information if applicable. The returned product must be undamaged and include all original packaging materials and accessories. You are responsible for return shipping fees to our facility.

Shipping & Expedited Shipping:

We ship all orders via ground shipping service unless specifically requested otherwise. When placing an order you may select an expedited service. All expedited services (2nd Day Air, Overnight, etc.) are via UPS. Any expedited shipping orders must be placed before on business days 11am Central Standard Time for expedited shipment to occur that same day. If you are under a deadline, please contact us at 1-800-332-7088 to verify production time.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you would like to pay by purchase order, you must be pre-approved for Net 30 terms. If you have not already been pre-approved for credit terms (Net 30 invoice terms) with Heartland Video Systems, Inc. please fill out the broadcast equipment credit application and fax it to 920-893-3106. Note that a credit application may take up to 2 weeks for us to process.

Sales Tax:

Sales taxes will be applied to all orders per appropriate sales tax rate for each state unless we have a tax-exempt form on file. Please fax tax-exempt forms to 920-893-3106.
