How to connect to HVS support and start a ticket

Step 1: Contact HVS Technical Support

Contact HVS by calling (920) 893-4204 

An HVS team member will start a support ticket. Once the ticket is started an HVS support tech member will reach out to you.
Step 2: Download Software

Download the app or click on the URL link

When your ticket is opened you will need to either download the remote session app onto your desktop or join Zoho Desk

Step 3: Connect with Support

Connect with HVS Support tech member 

When you get connected with an HVS Support tech member, they will give you a session ID to get your process started. 

Since the beginning of the year we've been using our new ticketing system Zoho Desk. If you are having issues with the new support system please use the SimpleHelp Desk software at support.hvs-inc.com
